Payment and shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Hardticket Shipping Terms:

Hardtickets are shipped throughout Europe.

Shipments within Germany:
Tickets are sent by mail via Deutsche Post AG.
We charge shipping costs as follows:
1–3 tickets: €4.00
4 or more tickets: €4.50

Deliveries within Europe:
Tickets are sent by mail via Deutsche Post AG.
We charge shipping costs for international deliveries as follows:
1–3 tickets: €4.50
4 or more tickets: €5.00

Delivery times:
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, tickets are delivered within Germany within 3–4 days and internationally within 5–6 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after full payment has been received). Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to locations outside the EU.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

We ship our physical tickets exclusively via letter mail with Deutsche Post AG.

If the shipment could not be delivered and is returned to us, the shipping costs must be paid again. The goods will only be reshipped after receipt of the additional shipping costs.

Merchandise Shipping Terms:

Merchandise items are shipped throughout Europe.

Pre-order / On-site Pickup:
You have the option to pre-order merchandise and pick it up on-site at the Summerjam Festival. In this case, a voucher will be sent via email. Upon presentation of this voucher, the order can be picked up at the merchandise booth on the festival grounds.
Please note your choice of shipping method when placing your order.

Shipments within Germany:
We ship via Deutsche Post AG.
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
0–2 kg: €7 with tracking number
2–5 kg: €10 with tracking number

Shipments within Europe:
Please note that we cannot ship to all locations, and shipping costs and delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination.
Shipping is via Warenpost International Tracked/DHL Paket International with DHL/Deutsche Post.
Since shipping costs vary by country, please enter your country correctly in the shipping address. The shipping costs will then be automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
0 – 2 kg: €16 – €20 with tracking number (depending on country)
2 – 5 kg: €20 – €29 with tracking number (depending on country)

Once the entire collection is available, the shipping terms will be adjusted. T-shirts and other items will be shipped via standard mail without a tracking number in the future, which minimizes shipping costs.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the ordered items within Germany will take place within 3–6 days, for international deliveries within Europe within 2 weeks, and for international deliveries overseas within 4–6 weeks after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after full payment has been received).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If the shipment could not be delivered and is returned to us, the shipping costs must be paid again. The goods will only be shipped again after receipt of the shipping costs to be paid again.

Payment Terms:
You have the following payment options:

- Prepayment/Bank Transfer (A deposit can be made without additional fees up to 10 weeks before the event)
Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received the total amount.
Your order is bindingly reserved upon payment of the first installment of the total price, and this amount will be credited toward the total price.
The remaining balance must be transferred within 60 days of the purchase date.
International transfers must be made free of charge to the recipient.
