Please enter your data as required, choose your payment method and finalise your shopping cart. By entering your telephone number, you make it easier for us to get back to you if necessary. We need your e-mail address to send you the order confirmation and E-Ticket mail. We handle your data confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and use it exclusively for processing your order.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing all relevant data for your order. Please keep it in a safe place. It also contains an order number, which you will need for any queries.
If you have not received an order confirmation e-mail 24 hours after placing you order, please contact the support: ticket@summerjam.de.

You have the choice between a credit card payment, PayPal or payment in advance.
If you pay in advance, we will process your order as soon as we have received the full amount. If you choose this method, you will find our bank details in your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that your order must be paid within ten days, otherwise it will be deleted.
If you pay by credit card or PayPal your order will be ready to be processed by us immediately.

If you have selected payment by credit card or PayPal but find our bank account details in your order confirmation, your payment could not be processed successfully - don't be surprised, your order confirmation will still show the payment method you actually selected. In this case, your order is in our system as "open" (=unpaid). In this case, please transfer the amount as indicated in the order confirmation.

The tickets are offered exclusively as e-tickets. After full payment has been received, the e-tickets will be sent as .pdf files to the email address given when ordering.
There are no additional shipping costs :)
